  Successfully participated in at least 6 clock hours of D219-authorized equity professional development every three years.
• Teachers who have taught at least three years in District 219 must meet the same development requirement.
• AP Teachers:
  Either five years teaching experience in the AP course assigned or successfully completed a College Board Institute and audit process.
• World Language position:
  Internal candidates – three years teaching experience in target language or minimal proficiency “advanced low” (ACTFL);
  External candidates – minimal proficiency “advanced low”.
• Project Lead the Way Program position:
  Internal candidates – experience and certification;
  External candidates – certification.
• Days per year: 182.
