• Teach in compliance with State and Board curricular requirements
• Remain current on research, developments and literature in education

• Participate in curriculum development at the building and district levels on an appointive, elective or volunteer basis
• Contribute to development of District policies and regulations on an appointive, elective or volunteer basis

Salary is based on Schedules A & B of the collective negotiated agreement. Employees in continuing contract service are evaluated at least once every two years; those not in contract service are evaluated annually.

Physical: tasks include bending, stooping, twisting, turning, lifting up to 50 pounds, walking and standing 50–75% of the shift. Mental: continuous supervision of students, management of multiple situations, response to emergencies.

Busy, occasionally noisy environment requiring continuous supervision of students and safe, appropriate activities.
