Teacher, Elementary School

Kinder Care is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join South Shores Elementary, part of our mission-driven network of early and elementary education programs. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, collaborate with families and colleagues, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons for elementary students
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum and school initiatives
• Manage classroom behavior using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies
• Incorporate social-emotional learning into daily routines and instruction
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and documentation
• Participate in professional development and training provided by Kinder

• Uphold school policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements
