** to participating families homes,
** creating individualized family support plans

** documenting developmental milestones**. The Parent Educator also
** leads parent groups
** at MRIs Childrens Center,
** completes required documentation
** and is responsible for
** intervening
* * in crisis situations.

** What do you need to succeed?
*** Must supply transcripts of an Associate’s degree in early childhood education or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, psychology, social work or a related field, which includes course work in child development. Must have a minimum of one year of supervised experience in an early childhood setting.
* Must have the physical capability to pull, push, turn, stoop, kneel, reach, and bend.
* Must display the ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays and/or weekends.
* Must have reliable transportation to conduct agency-generated services/ business and/or to transport infant/families as needed; must maintain a valid Illinois Driver's License and a good Motor Vehicle Record; and must have auto insurance.
