Your ImpactManage the full product lifecycle, including design, testing, and production, while validating proof‑of‑concept software in the field.
Investigate and resolve issues by analyzing field failures, implementing design changes, and driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate across teams to address field challenges, apply advanced design and prototyping tools, and support patent applications.
Lead innovation by transforming ideas into practical solutions that benefit farmers using modern engineering practices.
Travel within the U.S. (5%–10%) to support research, testing, and field operations.
Your Experience and qualificationsApply solid modeling skills (using Creo or similar tools) to design mechanical parts and create detailed prints for prototypes and production.
Utilize prototyping techniques such as 3D printing, machining, fabrication, instrumentation, and data analysis to support development.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilities, with a high degree of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Show humility by embracing the best solutions, regardless of origin, while maintaining optimism about the future of agriculture.
Challenge conventional thinking and drive innovation to deliver better outcomes for farmers.
Your CompensationThis position will pay within the range of $54,797 - $110,000, based on experience.
This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% of compensation.
