Responsibilities
- Design, fabricate, modify and evaluate complicated and difficult mechanical and electro‑mechanical components, sub‑systems and systems.
- Prepare design specifications, analyses and recommendations for presentation and approval.
- Have technical responsibility for planning, organizing and conducting technical projects or phases of projects involving design and development of new or improved products and/or processes.
- Investigate solutions to product and/or process problems.
- Consolidate results of mechanical design elements for assigned projects.
- Coordinate the efforts of drafters/designers, engineering technicians, and machine shop personnel as required by assigned projects.
- Conduct independent technical investigations involving the origination or modification of material, component or process specifications and requirements.
4+ years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree; 0–2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation Details80k–95k.
