Job Post Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Engineer to support a variety of civil engineering projects including roadway, highway, site, and bridge developments. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, working with public agencies, and contributing to design, planning, and execution of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.

Job Role s and Responsibilities
  • Design and develop geometric layouts, traffic control plans, drainage systems, and site development solutions in compliance with engineering standards.
  • Interpret engineering principles and apply them to plans, drawings, and specifications while ensuring quality control.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subconsultants to support surveys, studies, and construction-related activities.
  • Assist in project planning including preparation of technical documentation, reports, and proposals.
  • Contribute to innovative engineering solutions that meet regulatory and client requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with technical teams to enhance productivity and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in transportation or infrastructure projects within a civil engineering environment.
  • Experience working on infrastructure planning, design, or construction projects.
  • Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Proficiency in engineering design tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of transportation design standards and regulatory requirements.
