Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- Responsible for using Creo and Electric Lines and Pro Cabling for the routing harnesses for off-highway trucks. Supporting the detailing and checking of prints. Supporting other engineering responsibilities such as cost rollups, FMEA, TFCs, etc.
- Requires good communication skills for working with peers and product group to develop and review designs.

Typical task breakdown:
- Design wire harness routings, support detailing, and checking of prints.
- Present design reviews

- Support, cost rollups, FMEA, TFCs, Supplier collaboration, etc

Education & Experience
Required:
- Years of experience: 8+ years of experience
- Degree requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Master's Degree and/or PHD can be considered

Additional Technical Skills (Required):
- Extensive Creo, Teamcenter, and Fluid lines experience
- FMEAs
- Experience in reading electrical drawings and schematics
Soft Skills (Required):
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) as well as a great attention to detail
- Team collaboration
