Investment Banking Associate - Consumer

• We are working with a middle-market investment bank that is looking to add an Associate to its Consumer Investment Banking team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across the consumer space, including retail, food & beverage, and branded products. Associates play a central role in driving execution, managing analysts, and working directly with clients and senior bankers.

• Serve as day-to-day project manager on M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors.
• Draft pitch materials, management presentations, and other transaction documents.
• Mentor and oversee junior analysts on deliverables.
• Support senior bankers in business development initiatives and client coverage.

• 2–4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong transaction experience in M&A and/or capital raising.
• Advanced technical skills in valuation, accounting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred (or ability to obtain).
