Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Problem Solving - Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions. Works well in both individual and group problem solving situations and with all levels of colleagues or management.
- Analytical - Collects and researches data focusing on detailed accuracy; uses intuition and experience to complement data. Seeks answers to resolve issues, explain financial data or complete projects even if it requires dealing with ambiguity.

Prepares and edits work for content, meaning, completeness, comprehension and spelling and grammar; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret information.
- Forward Thinking - Uses experience to develop routine and ad-hoc reporting to identify trends or variances and to support financial data.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. Bachelors in business with emphasis in accounting will be considered.

Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment required. Demonstrated experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis is required. Experience partnering with plant operations, leading month-end close processes, and driving cost control initiatives is strongly preferred.
Equipment/Software
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Power BI. Advanced user of Excel (Power query, pivot tables, filters, look-up formulas) required. Knowledge of Infor M3 ERP system or equivalent, querying SQL Server or relational database preferred.
Physical: Typical activities may include prolonged periods of sitting or standing, using a computer, and occasional movement within the workplace. May require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
