Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Partner (BCBA license required)

Join Ivy Rehab Network as a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Partner. In this role, you lead a dedicated ABA clinic that serves children with developmental needs while enjoying the support of a full‑service business backbone. You’ll focus on providing world‑class ABA care and help build a thriving clinic.

Illinois – the clinic location will be determined in partnership with your community and clinical relationships.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ABA clinicians and support staff.
• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Ivy team on marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, and other business functions, while focusing on patient care.

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification (required for treating role).
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
