Recruiter, Talent Manager

Contract duration: 18 month contract with potential for extension or conversion

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Recruiter 2 to support high-volume production hiring at our Decatur, IL facility. In this onsite role, you will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews via MS Bookings, and managing a steady pipeline to meet hiring goals of 20–30 employees every two weeks. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and TA leadership to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive candidate experience while maintaining data accuracy in Workday and minimizing time-to-hire.

• Start day with review of voicemails, emails, correspondence. Gather overnight drug screen and physical results. Day is filled with calling applicants and using MS Bookings to schedule interviews with the TA and Ops teams.

• Collaborative; side by side, in same pod of 4 desks

• Total of 4 including Work Director

• Office/manufacturing floor

• Years of experience: 1-3 years
• Degree requirement: HS Grad or GED
