You’re comfortable leading projects and teams as well as diving into the details of work streams and Oracle configurations. You may specialize in one area or both (functional/process and technical development/architecture).

The Work:

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements, demonstrates understanding of business needs, and recommends robust design.
• Contributes to large-scale, global work streams requiring knowledge of Oracle.
• Collaborates with project team members and client stakeholders to create an Oracle Cloud-based PPM solution offering.
• Leads teams to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions and ensures an integrated environment.
• Understands Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advises business teams on conversion strategies.
• Guides testing cycles and performs cutover activities as needed for go-live preparation.
• Plans and organizes tasks and reports progress on track/deliverables.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you Need:

• Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management:
  Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing; Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience).

Bonus Points If:

• Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification.
• Experience supporting the delivery team with Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, including implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.
• Cross-functional exposure to Finance and other modules.

Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no fixed deadline.
