The role:

Join us as a full-time Product Manager on our AI Transform Review team, focusing on Review Center + aiR Document Analyses products. We’re seeking a positive, motivated, and team-oriented individual with a go-getter attitude, boundless curiosity, and strong communication skills. As a Product Manager, you’ll own a specific product and features from design and development to go-to-market strategy and implementation, delivering next-gen products that speed up and simplify data review.

Initial focus will be on Review Center functionality and developing next-generation workflows that combine linear review, machine-learning review, and AI-driven review methods.

• Collaborate:
  Work across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions to problem areas across our platform

  Develop enterprise products that are valuable, usable, and feasible

  Turn product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development
• Solve:
  Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to tackle user problems
• Validate:
  Test hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and experimentation
• Prioritize:
  Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and user impact – balancing both
• Advocate:
  Be the user and business voice throughout the software development process
• Analyze:
  Dive into usage data and metrics to uncover hidden insights and drive new ideas

  You have an interest in AI and its potential to transform the legal industry
• Academic:
  Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related field. Previous experience in product management or software engineering is a plus
• Problem Solver:
  You love solving problems and can tackle challenging, ambiguous situations
• Strong communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a PM
• Insatiable curiosity:

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $115,000 and $173,000. The final offered salary will be based on factors including experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical to allow for future salary growth.
