AI Community Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: 6+ month contract
Responsibilities- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide AI enablement roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Build and manage an internal AI community through communication channels, workshops, webinars, and collaborative learning events.
- Create a champions network to amplify adoption, share best practices, and promote AI success stories.
- Conduct user research to understand colleague needs and improve onboarding, training, and overall enablement experiences.
- Design and facilitate AI training programs tailored to different business functions.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into meaningful, clear business value for non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a liaison between AI product teams, IT, Learning & Development, and operational stakeholders to gather insights and remove adoption barriers.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to track usage, measure adoption, and highlight areas of improvement.
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth rollout and responsible usage of AI tools.
- Stay current with evolving AI tools and platform enhancements to improve the organization’s AI maturity.
- Assist with additional AI enablement initiatives, projects, and operational support as needed.
- 5+ years in technology adoption, enablement, digital community management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, etc.
- High AI literacy, including generative and agentic AI principles.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing AI tool usage.
- Experience creating training content, documentation, SOPs, or learning materials for large organizations.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training events, or interactive learning sessions.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum, product lifecycle management, and enterprise change management.
- Ability to collaborate comfortably with both executive leaders and frontline employees.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed corporate environment.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 10%.
- Ability to communicate fluently across both technical and non‑technical teams.
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading group conversations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools.
- Experience with analytics or BI platforms (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with product and project tools such as Jira, Trello, or Figma.
