Overview
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a BISO Lead for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with at least 2 to 3 days onsite at our client’s offices.

- Job Description:
The BISO Lead will play a crucial role in embedding cybersecurity into everyday operations across a clinical domain. This role involves translating enterprise security strategies into actionable initiatives, focusing on awareness, training, and risk management to protect people and data.
Responsibilities- Lead cybersecurity education and awareness programs tailored for the assigned domain.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and campaigns addressing domain-specific information security risks.
- Develop and deliver communications with the Communications team.
- Act as the cybersecurity liaison for business leaders and IT teams within the domain.
- Identify and escalate domain-specific cybersecurity risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
- Monitor compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage operational tasks for security awareness and risk engagement programs.
- Develop change management strategies and conduct impact analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Information Security, project management, or cybersecurity education and awareness.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management.
- Experience in a healthcare provider, academic medical center, or university/research setting.
- Security-related certifications (CISSP, CISM) or project management certifications (PMP).
- Strong project-reporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communications.
- Nimble business mind focused on developing creative solutions.
