We’re working with a leading institutional trading and research firm that supports a variety of asset classes, including digital-asset markets globally. The team builds advanced systems for market making, execution, and risk management connecting to exchanges and counter parties worldwide. Their culture of meritocracy and their ability to pivot quickly in fast paced markets has attracted some of the top minds in the world to work there.

Currently the team has a unique role open for a Software Engineer to be a part of a growing group within the firm.

• Build, optimize, and maintain systems that support large-scale digital-asset trading.
• Work closely with quantitative researchers and traders to design, test, and deploy strategies.
• Improve data pipelines, APIs, and infrastructure for pricing, execution, and analytics.
• Contribute to performance tuning, reliability, and scalability across a high-throughput environment.

• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar.
• Experience with trading systems, electronic trading, or market making
• Preferred experience in high frequency/low latency trading
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
• Curiosity about crypto markets or digital-asset infrastructure (prior experience is a plus, not a must).
• 7+ years of experience preferred
