Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 base
Overview
We are hiring an IT Support Engineer (Level 1 / Level
2) to join a growing technology team supporting trading, banking, and financial services users. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on deskside, endpoint, and user support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This position is ideal for someone coming from an MSP or enterprise support background who enjoys working directly with end users and resolving issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 IT support to onsite users in a corporate environment
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions using Active Directory / Azure AD
- Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365, email, and collaboration tools
- Handle tickets and documentation using Service Now or similar ITSM tools
- Assist with new hire onboarding/offboarding, device builds, and workstation setups
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues
- Escalate complex issues when required and follow SLAs
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint support
- Familiarity with Service Now, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working 100% onsite in a professional environment
Nice to Have
- MSP or enterprise IT background
- Exposure to financial services / trading environments
- Experience with Intune, Jamf, SCCM, or MDM tools
