We are currently seeking a skilled IT Field Tech to join our team in Macon, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems
• Assist with system upgrades and installations
• Keep accurate records of IT equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with other team members on IT projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
