Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Field Service and Support Technician. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers and systems, and ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently. The technician will travel to client locations as needed to perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, fostering strong client relationships through professional and reliable service.
Qualifications- Experience in Field Support, providing on-site assistance and maintenance for equipment or systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for desktop computers and related hardware
- Skills in Computer Repair, including diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues
- Strong background in Technical Support, with the ability to provide effective solutions and support for clients
- Ability to travel independently to client locations as required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are an advantage
- Experience in the machinery or automation sector is a plus
