Base pay: $27.00/hr – $32.00/hr (based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.)

Additional pay: $125 per day per diem for days worked outside a 50-mile radius of Decatur, IL. Day and night shifts available.

We are hiring pipe fitters, welders, and instrumentation tubers for 6 or 12‑hour shifts per week. Positions include day and night shifts.

• 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for constructing iron or steel structures or structural frameworks.
• Ability to work within standards of accuracy, compare sizes, and interpret flat drawings or blueprints.
• Ability to weld in all positions.
• Ability to set up and safely use oxy‑acetylene tools for cutting and welding.
• Physical requirements:
  
  see clearly at distance and near, climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or work at heights, work outdoors under inclement weather, lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Must have own erection tools.
• Must adhere to all applicable company and customer policies and procedures.

• Attendance – must be available when scheduled for work.
• Must use time effectively and productively.
