Job Title:
Project Manager

• Lead a diverse portfolio of moderate-complexity projects (5–10/year, 2–5M units/year) with 2–4 top-tier customers.
• Drive cross-functional teams towards excellence in R&D and Customer Technical Transfer launches.
• Be the linchpin of customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery.

  Evaluate project viability and collaborate to define scope and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  :
  Unite R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations with seamless communication.

  :
  Track expenditures to ensure project profitability.
• Performance Metrics
  :
  Measure success with KPIs like Right First Time and Customer Service.

• Timeline Management
  :
  Oversee project plans and dependencies for timely delivery.
• Resource Planning
  :
  Optimize resource allocation for project success.
• Risk Mitigation
  :
  Strategize with teams to mitigate potential material risks.

• Change Impact & Communication
  :
  Lead change assessments and develop strategic communication plans.

• 3-6 years in project management within manufacturing.
• Proven success in timely, cost-effective, quality-driven project delivery.
• Experience in personal care or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s in Science, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, Jira, and Office Suite.
• Fluent in English;
  French or Spanish a plus.

• ERP experience (e.g., SAP) and MRP knowledge.
• PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
