Naturescape is seeking to hire a Branch Manager in Decatur, IL to lead a developing branch to continued growth and success. The role focuses on maximizing branch production in the field, increasing sales, developing employees, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

As a Branch Manager you will strategically divide your time between maximizing branch production in the field, increasing sales, and developing employees. You will meet weekly with branch employees to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods, and you will train and guide specialists individually. You will actively direct administrative assistants to provide top‑level customer service, keep the office organized, and manage efficient routes.

You will use data to strategize, resolve customer concerns, audit the work of specialists, and perform services for customers when necessary.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
