Warehouse Operator, 3rd Shift

Join us as a Warehouse Operator on the 3rd shift at 3M DeKalb, IL. The position is a 10:30 pm – 6:30 am shift, involving hand‑assembly, machinery operation, picking, packing, and inventory management to support the production of high‑quality parts.

• Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and inspecting products.
• Use computers as needed to run process operations, input data, update inventory, and support production tracking.
• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products that are delivered to customers on time.
• Fill and process orders for shipment.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
• Check for damaged or missing items and report issues as required.

• High School Diploma, GED or higher (verified before start).
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, extended hours, and holidays as needed.

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Starting rate: $21.17 per hour
