Two Shifts Available!**  +
** Monday–Friday**, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Flexible hours and weekend work may be required based on business needs.  +
** Sunday–Thursday**, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM, Saturday as needed
* ** Expected Pay Range:** **$28.37 - $33.42 per hour**

** This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

** What You’ll Do
*** Lead all equipment, environmental, and master sanitation activities across the facility, including wet and dry cleaning, custodial oversight, and SSOP execution.
* Supervise and develop the sanitation team, ensuring safe practices, compliance with quality standards, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with Quality and Production to monitor environmental swabs, investigate out-of-specification results, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Manage sanitation KPIs, chemical usage, titrations, PPE inventory, and master cleaning schedules to drive efficiency and cost control.
* Oversee sanitary design reviews, equipment inspections, and sanitation-related change management initiatives.
** What You’ll Bring
*** 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with direct sanitation leadership experience preferred.
* 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
* Strong knowledge of food microbiology, sanitation methodology, hygienic design, and SOP management.
* Experience conducting inspections, leading investigations, and driving corrective actions.
* Strong leadership, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
* High school diploma required; sanitation certification or associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment Requirements
*** Regular standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to work in wet, humid, dusty, hot, cold, and loud production environments.
* Required use of PPE including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
* Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
