Supervisor responsibilities include overseeing daily production, warehouse, and shipping activities such as shipping customer orders, managing internal shipping, ensuring accurate documentation, receiving and routing materials, overseeing inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation. The position may flex across departments and shifts as needed.

Pay Range
: $63,000 to $78,700

• Follow all safety, environmental rules and regulations applicable to the position.
• Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations and policies.
• Delegate and assign tasks and targets, and evaluate staff performance.
• Provide leadership by setting clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety‑conscious behavior.
• Monitor production, loading and receiving operations.
• Receive packaged products and inbound supplies.
• Attend daily production/quality meetings.
• Cross‑train with Operations and provide backup as a Production/Warehousing Supervisor when needed.
• Conduct weekly tool‑box training.
• Conduct monthly inventory.
• Complete all associated paperwork/reports correctly.
• Act as fill‑in for the Superintendent in case of absence.

• Education: B.S. related degree preferred;
  High School diploma or relevant experience.

  Experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

  Proficient use of MS Office Word and Excel, Prism, and RF/scanning inventory systems.

• Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant up to 8+ hours at a time, including stairs and ladders.

• Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to logically and methodically work through complex problems and processes.
