Plate Rolling & Brake Press Technician

Rolled plate from 3/16  to 1  thick and formed diameters up to 120 ?

Set up and run a brake press with confidence?

Comfortable operating a 1/2  shear (or eager to learn)?

Read blueprints and translate specs into action?

Operate CNC tooling and manage heavy material safely (forklift licensed)?

Communicate clearly and work well both independently and on a team?

What you’ll doRoll plate accurately across a range of thicknesses and diameters.

Set up and operate the brake press to form components per spec.

Use plasma cutting and plate layout to keep projects moving.

Support welding operations (experience preferred) and pursue weld certifications as needed.

Follow job specifications independently and collaborate with teammates.

Operate within our quality control system and align with applicable ASME practices.

Stay safety-focused and practice sound heavy material handling at all times.

Basics of applicable ASME Codes What you’ve done Hands-on experience: plate rolling, brake press, shear operation, plasma cutting, welding.

Welding within an ASME Code environment (highly desirable).Welded pressure vessels or large structural products (highly desirable).Demonstrated dependability; strong basic math and reading skills.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with CNC tooling; heavy material handling; forklift licensed; blueprint literate.
