- Decatur, IL
** This is a full-time, hourly position.

Pay Rate: $23.88 - $29.53/hour based on experience

Shift(s) Available: 1st Shift 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday. Must be available for overtime if needed. Must be flexible with hours/shifts, travel may be required to other ADM facilities.

** Responsibilities:
*** Work as part of a highly trained crew responsible for reconstruction work to ADM's elevator infrastructure.
* Must obtain DOT certification, valid CDL preferred.
* Operate Vac Truck
* Will perform work on a variety of Ariel suspension and lift systems.
* General mechanical aptitude is preferred and experience with reconstruction efforts a plus.
* Will work as a member of a crew that is responsible for providing rescue response in the event of confined space rescues and rope rescue efforts.
* Must be highly motivated; demonstrate a focus on safety, and an ability to perform duties in extreme conditions, hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments.
* Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
* Communicate with team/shift employees concerning proper operation of equipment, changes in flow rates or processing capabilities safety concerns, product quality issues and maintenance issues
* Understand and adhere to ADM's Safety, Environmental Compliance and Food Quality and goal of achieving a zero-injury culture.

** Minimum

Job Requirements:

*** Class B CDL is preferred

* Class B CDL is preferred
** On-The-Job Training Requirements:
*** New colleagues will need to undergo on-the-job training to acquire skills and certifications, which will be assessed according to established standards
* Complete ADM safety, food safety, quality, and environmental training
* Participate in company planner operations training
* Equipment training may include but not limited to JLP, Forklift, Non-DOT Truck, Reach Lift, Lock Out/Tag Out, etc.
