The Next Generation Director or Pastor at First Baptist Church of Decatur Illinois will lead and develop the church’s ministries for children from nursery through twelfth grade and for youth (6th–12th). This role requires a vibrant faith, strong biblical foundation and proven leadership and organizational skills.
The position focuses on discipleship and evangelism, guiding volunteers, coordinating programs, and partnering with families to introduce God's love and grace to the next generation.
