You’re a compassionate and motivated new graduate RN eager to develop your clinical skills and provide high‑quality patient care.
Education, Licensures & Certifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active or pending RN license in Illinois
- BLS certification required
- New graduate RNs encouraged to apply (no experience required)
- Strong interest in evidence‑based practice and continuous learning
