Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RNFull-Time
Position Overview The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a key role in the daily clinical operations of the facility. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, this leadership position helps guide nursing staff, maintain quality care standards, support compliance efforts, and foster a positive environment for residents and team members alike.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse who is ready to take the next step into nursing leadership.
What We’re Looking For Active RN Licensure required
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
Positive work history with dependable attendance
Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for quality resident care Desire to grow professionally within a management role
