Position Overview
Pay Range: $34.00 - $51.00 (actual rate based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education).
Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Critical Care setting are crucial members of the medical team, caring for the sickest and most vulnerable patients. RNs provide high‑quality medical care, a healing touch, and a compassionate presence to patients and families during joyful, stressful, and uncertain times.

- Graduate from an accredited nursing school accepted for licensure in the state of practice (RN license required).
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required.
- Wisconsin: multi‑state RN license accepted per Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required based on patient population.
- Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
