Pay Range: $25.53 - $38.29
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Licensed Practical Nurse II plays an important role in the clinic setting, performing various clinical and administrative tasks to assist patients through their healthcare journey. LPNs assist in planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs and furthering the mission of the organization by providing high-quality, respectful care to all.

Compensation that aligns with your experience, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends
- Completion of State Approved Training Program for Licensed Practical Nurse.
- LPN License (Pass NCLEX-PN exam)
- 1 year of License Practical Nursing experience is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice is required.
