Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time Day Shift $10,000 Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time (Paid Out Over One Year)
Decatur, Illinois Join Our Nursing Team in Decatur, ILOur medium-sized skilled nursing facility in Decatur, Illinois provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a warm, welcoming, and resident-focused environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time RN or LPN for Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to join our growing clinical team.

401(k) Retirement Plan And More Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Lead and support CNA staff in daily care activities
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to confidently supervise and support CNA staff
Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
