Travel​/Weekend Travel RN

Overview

Weekend Travel RN in a skilled nursing facility/rehabilitation setting for a 13‑week assignment in or near Mt. Zion, IL. This role provides skilled nursing care to post‑acute patients during weekend shifts and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support care plans.

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents during weekend shifts in a long‑term care/rehabilitation facility

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans, patient goals, and discharge readiness

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, medication administration records, and progress notes

• Execute medication administration and treatment plans per facility policies and provider orders

• Document and promptly elevate patient changes to ensure timely interventions and safe care

• Valid RN nursing degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program

• Current and active RN license

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain if required)

• At least 1 year of RN experience in SNF, rehab, long‑term care, or a closely related clinical setting

• Experience caring for a medically diverse patient population in post‑acute environments

• Experience working in an SNF/Rehab workflow, including medication administration, documentation, and coordinated care

• Strong weekend availability, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts

• Ability to work a multiple shift schedule (3‑12) including 6a‑6p and 6p‑6a

• Excellent communication and documentation skills in a fast‑paced care setting

You hold an active RN license with BLS certification. You have at least one year SNF/Rehab nursing experience. You’re available for weekend shifts, including Fridays and Sundays.
