Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dependable RN Infection Preventionist / Wound Care Nurse to join our clinical team.

This position offers the opportunity to directly impact resident safety, infection prevention, wound healing, and quality outcomes while working closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary care team.

Starting at $39.00/hour

• +$0.10/hour for each verified year of experience
• Up to 20 years of experience credit
• Earn up to $41.00/hour
• Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for this full-time RN position and paid over one year.

• Support and oversee the facility's infection prevention and control program
• Monitor and track infections, symptoms, and trends
• Educate staff on infection prevention practices, PPE, hand hygiene, and isolation precautions
• Maintain infection surveillance and required documentation
• Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives

• Complete wound assessments and provide appropriate treatments
• Monitor wound healing and resident progressli>
• Maintain accurate wound measurements and documentation
• Update care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy, and other members of the care team

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Infection prevention, wound care, long-term care, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Knowledge of infection prevention and wound care practices
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team

Specialized Nursing Role. Up to $41/Hour. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.
