Member Specialist

As a Member Frontline Services associate, you will provide excellent member service, maintain checkout and store areas, and promote Sam's Club products and services. You will support members using self‑service technology, process purchases, and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. You will also conduct safety sweeps, maintain paperwork and logs, and execute emergency response and security procedures.

• Provide member service and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Identify member needs, verify membership cards, and promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, secure assets, and observe/communicate potential criminal activity.
• Maintain and organize merchandise, zone areas, and identify shrink and damages.
• Complete paperwork, logs, and required documentation; execute emergency response procedures.
• Assist with training new Member Frontline Services associates on processes, procedures, and new technologies.
• Promote team collaboration, communicate effectively, and support continuous learning and process improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; utilize the Open Door Policy and support business process integrity.

Hourly wage range: $18.50 to $26.50. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
