Job Overview
Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
Salary & Compensation- Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour
- Actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
