The Role

We’re seeking a self-starter and growth-driven Sales Business Development Manager who thrives on hunting for new business while also strengthening and expanding dealer relationships. This role requires a natural business development mindset – someone energized by opening new doors, securing new accounts, and identifying opportunities – while also serving as a trusted partner who can coach, support, and foster long-term relationships.

You’ll be the face of KDK Sales and our manufacturer partners in Chicago, IL, managing your territory with independence, driving measurable growth, and ensuring our dealers have the tools to succeed.

Location: Remote, based in the Chicago metropolitan area

Travel: Daily travel to visit dealers, host trainings, and attend events; overnights and travel outside the territory
