Account Executive - Robotic Manufacturing

Locations:
Across the US (Multiple Locations) and Canada (Multiple Locations)

Salary: $150,000 Base Salary + $400,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) + Strong Commission Structure + Benefits

Industry: Robotics Solutions Provider - Manufacturing Sector

Our client, a leading provider of robotics solutions for large manufacturing companies, is expanding their sales team and seeking multiple Senior Account Executives across the US and Canada. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in selling into manufacturing to join a dynamic team and drive sales growth in the robotics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with large manufacturing companies for robotics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers in manufacturing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized robotics solutions that address client needs and challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling into the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of robotics or industrial automation solutions and their application in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving ambitious sales goals and driving substantial revenue growth.
