A fast-growing operator in the regulated gaming and entertainment industry is expanding its footprint across Illinois and is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow partnerships across bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and entertainment venues. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused, field-based sales professional with a proven B2B sales track record—preferably with VGT or route gaming experience—who thrives in consultative, face-to-face selling and is comfortable traveling extensively across the Chicago and East Illinois region.

- Identify, target, and secure new partner locations across bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and entertainment venues.
- Conduct in-person prospecting and cold calls to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present video gaming solutions and clearly articulate revenue potential and long-term value to business owners and operators.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, account support, and strategic engagement.
- Support existing partner locations and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate partnership agreements aligned with client goals and company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Stay current on Illinois gaming regulations, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and territory performance.
- Proven success in B2B sales, with a strong preference for VGT or route gaming experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a high-travel, field-based role (80–90% travel).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements (including IGB background screening).
- Familiarity with Illinois gaming markets and regulations is a plus.
