With a mission to transform the way families build and grow, they leverage clinical excellence, technology, and personalized advocacy to support healthier outcomes and better benefits engagement.
What You’ll Do- Own and grow sales across the Midwest region, driving new employer and health plan revenue in fertility and family-building benefits
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Lead full sales cycle from pipeline generation and product positioning to negotiation and close
- Build consultative relationships with HR leaders, benefits decision makers, brokers, and consultants
- Accurately forecast and report sales performance while maintaining robust CRM pipeline hygiene
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, clinical, and customer success teams to refine offerings and GTM approaches
- Proven sales leader with 10+ years in B2B healthcare or benefits sales, including quota attainment
- Track record selling complex solutions to employers, brokers, or consultants
- Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of employer benefits landscape and willingness to educate clients on fertility benefit value
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, mission-driven environment and managing long-cycle deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel regularly across the Midwest (e.g., IL, OH, MI, WI, MN, IA, MO)
- Drive impact by expanding access to best-in-class family building and fertility support
