Enterprise Associate District Sales Manager

ADP is hiring an Enterprise Associate District Sales Manager responsible for growing new market share for ADP’s cloud‑based Human Resources solutions within a defined territory, focusing on clients with 1,000 to 3,000 or more employees.

The Enterprise Sales Manager Major Market will collaborate closely with internal teams to close deals, win business, and achieve sales goals. This role requires self‑direction, strong partnership skills, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.

• Grow business and build your own book of business, managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing targeted sales strategies to decision makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and uncover additional opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily with internal partners and act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.

• 10–15 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex solutions and managing a territory.
• Strong executive‑level prospecting skills and discovery techniques.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills, including effective use of CRM.
• Results‑driven mindset, high work ethic, and leadership capabilities.

• Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP’s competitors.

Base salary ranges from USD $68,400.00 to USD $ per year, commensurate with location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
