Field Sales Manager
Work Force Software, a division of ADP, is hiring a Field Sales Manager to grow market share for cloud-based human resources solutions to prospects with 1,000-3,000 employees within a defined territory.
Responsibilities- Grow our business and your own: achieve or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
- Develop an annual business plan and Account Plan documents, maintain prospect reports, and drive sales activities.
- Conduct market research, build prospect sources via mailings, seminars, and sales automation tools, and target competitive prospects.
- Collaborate daily with internal and global enterprise accounts teams; act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
- 5 or more years of enterprise-level sales experience.
- A college degree is preferred but not required; prior experience in military or related teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is acceptable.
- Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors.

- Compensation: USD $76,400.00 - USD $ per year, plus potential bonus, equity, commissions. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
