Sales Development Representative

TCCI is looking to grow our global sales organization in Decatur, Illinois to support our growth and new market opportunities. The We are seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team. In this role, the Sales Development Representative will work with potential and current customers inquiring about their different active applications and help find which TCCI product best works for them.

Additionally, this role will work across our Decatur, IL, Noida, India, and Ningbo, China locations to help manage current programs and supporting activities of our sales team.

In this role the incumbent will contribute to TCCI’s overarching sales development efforts through working to inquire new customers. This role will work with customers and various TCCI internal departments to mediate a variety of topics of discussion on current accounts.

• Generate leads via research, incoming inquiries and establish contact with prospective customers
• Give sales presentations to new and current customers
• Answer questions about products, pricing, programs and overall company information
• Assist customers with all inquiries to find what TCCI product best fits into their application
• Mediate discussion between customer and TCCI internal departments
• Assist current active programs with the sales team
• Collaborate with different internal departments

• Great written and oral communication externally and internally
• Able to travel to visit customers & go to trade shows (domestic and international travel)
• Able to collaborate and work with different personalities and working methods
• Able to work in a higher stress/fast pace environment
• Detail oriented
• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude

Bachelor’s degree in a subject including:
Marketing, Business, Engineering, Project Management from a four-year college or university

Pay Rate: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Schedule:

First Shift – 8-hour workday. The specific schedule will be mutually agreed upon by the employee and manager based on business needs.
