We are currently offering Electrician positions with openings available for first, second, or third shifts. The salary for these positions starts at $36.31 per hour, plus additional pay for different shifts. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Job Responsibilities
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, including power distribution systems, lighting, signals, and alarms.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with relay logic circuits, starters, motors, electrical metering, and measurement devices.
  • Construct and install both metallic and non‑metallic conduits, bus ducts, and wire raceways.
  • Design and construct control panels.
  • Create and update schematics.
  • Perform regular lubrication on electrical motors.
  • Utilize various electrical and electronic testing equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators, in daily tasks.
  • Stay current with the National Electrical Code.
  • Troubleshoot and mend electronic controls, circuits, circuit boards, and components.
  • Address issues with programmable controllers and machine tools, including NC, CNC, and DNC equipment.
  • Manage and clean up hazardous materials safely.
  • Adapt to new methods and procedures as needed.
  • Assist other skilled workers when necessary.
  • Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance checks and repairs.
  • Document maintenance activities and report on predictive and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide training to new trainees as required.
  • Order necessary replacement parts and materials.
  • Engage in ongoing training relevant to the position.
  • Keep a stock of necessary parts and materials.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment and man lifts, adhering to Plant Safety Rules and OSHA standards.
  • Keep equipment and work area tidy and organized.
  • Perform tasks to the highest standards of productivity and quality as an Electrician “A” when required.
Requirements
  • At least four years of verifiable experience in a manufacturing environment.
