We're an industry leader that's rapidly growing our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for a professional Onsite Service Technician to delight our customers.
Primary Responsibilities- Offer outstanding service to our clients and manage call resolve issues in accordance with the customer's Service Level Agreement (SLA) to maintain customer relations and optimize satisfaction.
- Use electromechanical skills to repair devices; receive training from certified instructors and online resources.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, handling maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment.
- Provide appropriate communication, support, and interface to the on‑site client base regarding equipment status and availability, and engage other Xerox personnel as needed.
- Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end‑user knowledge of equipment functionality.
- Electromechanical experience, including use of a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and ability to read electrical schematics; relevant backgrounds include HVAC/Cable Internet technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, repair, or military veteran.
- Superior time‑management skills and reliability; dependability and punctuality are valued.
- Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is part of the background check.
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday; safety around electrical components is paramount.
- You have successfully navigated our new‑hire training and completed the technical courses, establishing a foundation for success in the following areas:

- Ability to complete service calls independently and accurately.
