About the job

* Perform regular inspections and precentive maintence on machinery, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.

* Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and provide timely solutions.

* Light grounds maintenance as required.

* Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.

* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

* Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.

* Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; order replacements as needed.

* Provide recommendations for equipment updates and improvements.

* May require working outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends to address urgent maintenance concerns.

Set yourself apart

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Technical or trade school certification preferred.

* Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

* Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
