Starting salary of $29.00–$32.08 per hour depending on experience.

Stable hours for financial stability.

Sign‑on bonus: $7,500.

Tool allowance: $350 per quarter.

Boot allowance: $300 per year.

Work location:

repair/maintenance shop at Decatur, IL hauling site.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles.
• Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times.
• Assist senior mechanics with project work.
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards and established safety procedures.

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

• Exert frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing.
• Constantly standing, walking, and grasping; occasionally sitting and balancing.
• Exposed to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes.
• Work inside a garage, shop or gas plant and in outdoor conditions with inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
