Pay & BenefitsStarting salary of $29.00–$32.08 per hour depending on experience.
Stable hours for financial stability.
Sign‑on bonus: $7,500.
Tool allowance: $350 per quarter.

Work location:
repair/maintenance shop at Decatur, IL hauling site.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
- Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts.
- Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles.
- Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times.
- Assist senior mechanics with project work.
- Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards and established safety procedures.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

- Exert frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing.

- Work inside a garage, shop or gas plant and in outdoor conditions with inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
