About the Role

The Primient Process Operator is not your typical factory job. While there is some manual labour, you are part of a team solving new problems each shift and performing a wide range of duties. From day one you will learn and master key skills that put you on the path to becoming a skilled technician in a highly automated, state‑of‑the‑art system.

• You will help to ensure the safe operation of our process through a highly automated, state‑of‑the‑art system.
• We put a strong focus on safety – it is always front of mind.
• Your role will involve climbing stairs and ladders and working in warm and cold temperatures.
• Manual labor is not the main part of the job, but you do need to lift and carry up to 55 lbs at times.

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.

Starting pay of $23.54/hr + overtime.

We are in Decatur, IL. The job requires working in hot and cold temperatures and is a physical role. You must be able to climb stairs and ladders, lift and carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties. Successful candidates must also pass a computer test, drug screen, and background check.
